Where is my order? After receiving your shipping confirmation email, a link to track your order status will be included. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.
The item I want is sold out. Is it coming back? The majority of Arbox Atelier pieces are limited edition and will not be returning in the future due to the small quantities in which collections are produced.
What does it mean if an item is available for preorder? This allows you to secure an item that sells out quickly. Your card will be charged in full when the preorder is placed to allocate the item to you. The item will ship by the date indicated in the product description, though preorder dates are subject to change.
What if I need to change or cancel my order? Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or canceled. You can email Customer Service at arboxatelier@gmail.com, and they will try to accommodate changes only for incorrect style, color, or size.
