📦 Shipping

How fast is your shipping?

Most orders are shipped 3–5 days from purchase, pending availability and credit verification.


Once shipped, international orders are estimated to be received within 7 business days. Expedited shipping options are available for faster delivery.


DHL Capacity: Due to airline reductions, international shipments may arrive 2–3 days later than normal.


Shipping Restrictions: The company reserves the right to cancel orders due to worldwide shipping restrictions.


Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are nonrefundable.


Address Restrictions: They are unable to ship to PO Box or military addresses.


Delivery Responsibility: Sacria Atelier is not responsible for packages once they have been scanned and delivered.


U.S. Shipping Times

Processing: Does not ship on weekends or U.S. holidays.


Signature: Orders $150 and over require a signature upon delivery.


Ground: 7–14 Business Days plus processing.


Expedited: 5–7 Business Days plus processing.


International Shipping

Orders placed before noon PST generally ship via DHL Express, arriving within 5–7 business days (plus processing).

Duties and Taxes

Prices displayed on the website do not include taxes and duties. Customers are responsible for these costs.


Can I change my shipping method?

No, once your package has been shipped and handed to the courier, the shipping method cannot be changed.


↩️ Returns and Exchanges

How do I return my order?

Returns will not be processed unless Sacria Atelier is contacted by email at support arboxatelier@gmail.com and notified within 3 days after receiving the goods.


Domestic Orders (U.S.): Only accepts returns and exchanges on domestic orders within the United States.


International Orders: Are final sale only and may not be returned or exchanged. Sacria Atelier is not responsible for international shipments lost in transit.


Return Deadlines:


Full-price bags: Within 7 days of delivery receipt.


Clothing: Within 7 days of delivery receipt.


Merchandise Condition: Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were shipped (new, unused, with all original tags attached) and must include the original packaging and box. The Arbox Atelier box should not be used as the actual shipping box.


Shipping Fees: Original and return shipping fees will not be credited back upon return.


Processing Time: Allow up to 7 business days for the refund or exchange to be processed.


Final Sale Items

All orders placed during online sales and promotional periods are final. No refunds or exchanges are allowed for these items.


No price adjustments are given for prior purchases.
